This 150,000 sqft building features a 16,000 sqft high-end office area with top-notch finishes, thanks to the expertise of Dawn Murnak and Petracca Design and Engineering, P.C. The 38' tall pre-engineered metal building boasts a striking front façade with split-face masonry extending to full height around the office area, while a 10' high wall surrounds the warehouse to protect the metal panels from damage.
